Construction financing goes through a very different process than a mortgage for an existing home. While the mortgage loan programs we employ are the same as ones as you would use when purchasing an existing home, the actual process for financing the construction of a new home is a very different world with many additional steps that many lenders do not understand.

Both first-time and repeat homebuyers may qualify for new construction financing, provided that they, the property, and the purchase price meet the qualification guidelines for at least one of the following loan programs:

WHY USE A FEATURED LENDER?
- Featured Lender Incentives towards your closing costs (varies by builder—contact us for details).
You can get your keys the same day you sign your closing documents (varies by builder)! This may not seem like a big deal to you, but it can take 24-48 hours for you to receive your keys if you use a different lender. Who wants to wait to get the keys to their new home?!!
Stellar Customer Service! We are always here for you if you have questions along the way.
In general, your earnest money and construction deposit are non-refundable. However, we will issue an underwritten approval up-front. That means, when you pay your deposits and earnest money, you can be confident that you can close on your home when it’s ready.
We work with the builders and understand the whole process. We will make the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible.
